Leaving my job by faith

Did you ever move by faith and still keep wondering, "How will I explain this to others?" This is my experience with moving by faith.
I sent in my resignation letter without a job waiting for me. I have some money saved. But how do I explain this to people?
All the people who resigned from my job had already found another job, but that is not my case. I explained in my blogs, "I Want to Quit, But..." and "I Quit My Job" the reason why I decided to quit my job anyway without a backup plan—why I left my job by faith.
Backup Plan That Failed
I tried for nearly two years to find another job in the laboratory that I would enjoy, but it all failed. Meanwhile, I was still hanging on to this job, hoping that I would find another job and could quietly quit without having to worry about not having a job or enough money to pay the bills. That was the biggest reason why I stayed at my job until I couldn't deal with it anymore.

Leaving My Job by Faith
After realizing that I had overstayed, that I was praying for a way out but stayed because I was too scared to leave without a backup plan, and that I had put my trust in the security of a job and money rather than in God, I gave up. At that moment, I realized that if I left, I needed to leave my job by faith.
No matter how much I tried, I couldn't keep trying to fix things while praying for things to get worse so I could leave. Thinking about it, I was doing two things that contradicted each other.
At the End
What did I have left? Before I went crazy at this job or my issues at work got even worse, I just quit. I quit while being sure that the Lord wanted this.
Now I wonder how I'm going to explain to the people around me why I did what I did. It sounds crazy to me to say, "I quit because God wanted me to quit."
It is my conviction, and nobody can tell me otherwise because they can't prove it. It sounds crazy because now people will ask, "But how are you going to pay the bills?" And I need to tell them, "I don't know, but God will provide."
He will also provide me with another job if that is His will. He is my ultimate provider, not my job.
Moral of the Story
Stepping out in faith will always give you testimonies to tell. Whether they are good or not, they give you something to tell about Jesus.
Do you also have a testimony that you want to share? Do you also realize that when you step out in faith, you will definitely have something to tell about what Jesus did or did not do?
There is a chance that things won't work out as you expected. Let us not lose hope because our answer is on the way. Keep your focus on God and not on your circumstances.
I don't want to stay miserable in a job for years just for the sake of financial stability. You can also lose your job; nothing is forever.
Be blessed, and stay blessed.
